Achievements
Top achievements:
- On the start of season 2016/2017 - won "Triobet BBL Cup 2016"
- On national level - bronze medals in national league have been won three times (seasons 2002/2003, 2004/2005, 2012/2013); at the season 2015/2016 team "Valmiera/ORDO" achieved 1st place in regular season, in finals won "VEF Riga" with 4:3 and became Latvian Basketball League champions
- On Baltic region – reached a chance to participate in play-offs at the season 2006/2007; became one of four best teams and fought in semi-finals at the season 2015/2016
- At international level – with the team name ‘’Valmiera/Rūjiena’’ got into FIBA Eurocup Northern conference The Final Four tournament at the season 2006-2007
Valmiera men’s basketball team has been participating in Latvian Basketball League (national tournament) first division since 1992.
